Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimium investment amount for Jumbo Notes is $100,000 and $500 for all other Term Notes.
What happens when my note matures?
You will receive a reminder notice the month before your note’s maturity date. Before your note matures you can choose if you would like to reinvest or withdraw. If you don’t do anything your note will automatically renew into the same term note you originally selected. Please note that automatic renewal is not available for investors in California or Vermont so if we don’t receive response from you the funds will be held in a cash account not earning interest.
How do I make a withdrawal?
Please review the prospectus for withdrawal conditions regarding early withdraw and penalties. To make a withdraw you will need to complete a Withdraw Request Form. A request is processed between 3-5 business days after it is received by our office.
Can I make additional deposits to my investment?
You can make additional deposits to a note only when it is a Demand Note or the rate your note is receiving is still a current rate offered. Outside of those cases you can always open a new Term Note with additional funds as long as it is above our $500 minimum investment.
Investment Terms
The initial interest rate on all Notes will depend on the effective interest rates at the time of purchase. Term Notes pay interest at a rate fixed at the time of issuance. Once fixed, the interest rate on a Term Note will not be changed until the Note matures. Demand Notes pay interest at a variable interest. At least thirty (30) days prior to any decrease in the interest rate on a Demand Note, HIS Fund will notify the investor of such change. This information is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy the securities issued by HIS Fund. The offering is made only by the prospectus, which contains risk factors that you should carefully consider before investing.
No state securities agency has passed on the accuracy or adequacy of the offering circular nor do any such agencies recommend or endorse an investment in HIS Fund.
